from conceptualization and detail design through construction,
commissioning and start-up.
Ms. Marshall is an expert in emergency power
generation, fuel transport, and instrumentation & process
control system implementation from large Distributed Control
Systems to PLCs. Her experience includes process validation,
testing, start-up sequences and procedure for process units,
Life Safety Systems and critical systems commissioning activities,
as well as maintaining test documentation and equipment documentation
for turnover to the end client. Ms. Marshall has a wide breadth
of experience coordinating commissioning teams for mechanical,
electrical, fuel, life safety, and security systems. Her experience
includes LEED commissioning of large commercial buildings:
High Rise, Hospitals, Data Centers, and Higher Ed. Prior to
commercial building commissioning, she worked in the industrial
design-build sector participating in the concepturalization,
design, buy-out, start-up, and operation optimization for
process and instrumentation systems and in Oil and Gas Refining
and Storage Facilities, Power Plants, Chemical Solvents and
Olefins Plants.
Ms. Marshall has over 30 years of international
industrial experience including time spent in operations,
process trouble shooting, process design, capital project

Engineering and Commmissioning |
Mr. Dodd has a wide breadth of experience
in the mechanical facilities field with a broad knowledge
of commercial, industrial, institutional and high technology
mechanical facilities systems.
Mr. Dodd has been the owner of an HVAC service company, worked
as a consulting engineer, and directed the engineering group
for a large national mechanical design/ build company. Additionally,
he was the operations manger for an international air-handling
equipment manufacturer, and has acted as a LEED commissioning
authority. Overall, Mr. Dodd has over 25 years experience
in the design, construction, sales, service, energy auditing
and commissioning of facilities mechanical systems.
Mr. Dodd has frequently provided, through analysis, monitoring,
diagnostics and exhaustive engineering investigation lasting
solutions for chronic problem buildings – systems that
do not perform as designed. Additionally, Mr. Dodd is often
called upon to provide clear and easy-to-understand analysis
to non-technical participants and give expert testimony with
regard to facility construction defect disputes in commercial
and industrial projects
