Mechanical Facilities Engineering and Commmissioning

Mr. Dodd has a wide breadth of experience in the mechanical facilities field with a broad knowledge of commercial, industrial, institutional and high technology mechanical facilities systems.

Mr. Dodd has been the owner of an HVAC service company, worked as a consulting engineer, and directed the engineering group for a large national mechanical design/ build company. Additionally, he was the operations manger for an international air-handling equipment manufacturer, and has acted as a LEED commissioning authority. Overall, Mr. Dodd has over 25 years experience in the design, construction, sales, service, energy auditing and commissioning of facilities mechanical systems.

Mr. Dodd has frequently provided, through analysis, monitoring, diagnostics and exhaustive engineering investigation lasting solutions for chronic problem buildings – systems that do not perform as designed. Additionally, Mr. Dodd is often called upon to provide clear and easy-to-understand analysis to non-technical participants and give expert testimony with regard to facility construction defect disputes in commercial and industrial projects
